If you need to view content from a Tape to check the current data stored on it (old backups) or .bak files, you can follow the tutorial above:

  1. Open SQL Server Enterprise Manager (EM or Enterprise Manager)
  2. Open Console Root
  3. Open MIcrosoft Sql Servers
  4. Open Sql Server Group
  5. Open (local)
  6. Open Databases
  7. Right click on your database and select All Tasks and than Backup Database
  8. Now will open a new window (Sql Server Backup) and you will see an option named Destination, with:
    Tape or Disk.
  9. Select Tape and select your tape and click Contents.

*this action takes good minutes, like 10, 15 minutes

Thanks guys!
